Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Company is looking for a young, energetic, target oriented, self-motivated and proactive person who has at least 5years’ experience (Accounts & Finance Department)
∎ Experiences in Real Estate/ Development industries are highly preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for overall management of finance, audit ,Vat & tax and accounting activities.
∎ Regular Banking transaction & bill collect from client.
∎ Day to Day update project cost individual project book
∎ Collect daily requisition project cost and necessary action.
∎ Monthly collect bill voucher & accounts from project site
∎ Preparing financial statement for a specific period of time or as desire by Management.
∎ Perform all Accounts & Financial activities of the Company assigned by the Management from time to time.

Salary: Negotiable
