Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 10-15 years, of working experience in civil construction works in reputed companies.
∎ Working experience in Real Estate companies is preferable.
∎ Should have good ability to coordinate all activities of projects.
∎ Should have good proper knowledge of site activities and be able to guide subordinates.
∎ Sound working knowledge on high-rise buildings, Fair Face Casting, and basement Construction work.
∎ Proven experience in quality and finishing works of a building.
∎ Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Projects, PowerPoint, and any other Engineering related program.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure all responsibilities of the Project Engineer at projects/ sites are carried out smoothly.
∎ Provide regular updates on construction progress, issues, and resolutions.
∎ Should have to know each and every information from the projects daily
∎ Coordinate, monitor, and organize to execute all activities of projects smoothly.
∎ Ensure that work schedules are prepared and followed strictly at all projects/ sites.
∎ Negotiate terms of agreement and select efficient, qualified, and skilled contractors.
∎ Ensure quality of materials, construction, and finishing of works
∎ Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with design specifications and project goals.
∎ Oversee day-to-day construction activities on the civil site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
∎ Monitor and report on progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact construction schedules.
∎ Work closely with the project team to proactively address issues that may arise during the construction phase.
