Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ BSC in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.

Job Context:
∎ Company is looking for a young, energetic, target oriented, self-motivated and proactive person who has at least 10 years’ experience (Civil Engineering)
∎ Experiences in Real Estate / Development industries are highly preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding basic civil engineering functions like civil & pre fabricated building (PEB) working drawing, site preparation, ground leveling, concrete foundation & finishing work.
∎ Understanding field measurement and marking, survey work & site area utilization supervision.
∎ Planning to use equipment at most cost effective way.
∎ Inform the problem arises at site to superior and take necessary steps to solve it.
∎ Preparing estimates, checking requisition list, ensure quantity & quality, stock-control.
∎ Collect labor from local area when project demand
∎ Manage labor & local peoples
∎ Regulars update project progress to higher authority
∎ Coordination with procurement and main stores for materials delivery.
∎ Control wastage.
∎ Reporting to the higher Management.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Diploma at least 10 year(s) / B.Sc. at least 5 years
∎ Auto Cad, MS office

Salary: Negotiable
