Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in Accounting from any Government University is preferred.
∎ Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting/Finance from any reputed university in Bangladesh will be treated as additional point.
∎ Skills Required: cash management, Income Tax and VAT.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all financial transactions, including bills, receipts and payments are recorded.
∎ Ensure on time and appropriate record keeping of all transactions.
∎ Check & verify all transactions before entry in the ledger; check money receipt, bill, voucher, sub contract bill, daily expenses etc.
∎ Ensure that ledgers and bank statements are Reconciled in regular basis.
∎ Ensure that all financial records are maintained according to company requirements including bank receipts, disbursement, invoices, bank vouchers, bank statement, petty cash voucher, stock register, Profit & Loss Statement etc.
∎ Maintain Payable & Receivable with Partner, Client & Principals.
∎ Communicate with Bank authority for Bank finance facilities.
∎ All banking works & commercial activities.
∎ Monthly report with periodical analytical report to Management.
∎ Operate and maintain computerized accounting system.
∎ Ensure timely clearance of all Tax and VAT payments.
∎ Advise and report all relevant matters to Management.
∎ Prepare daily balance, approve requisition summary and disbursement note.
∎ Prepare financial statements and other financial reports like accounting ledger, trial balance, project summary, receipt and payment statement, balance sheet, income statement and related accounting statements & reports.
∎ Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance/ Accounts, The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Construction Oriented Company, Developer, Interior Firms, Engineering Firms and must have capacity to look after the Banking Sector.
∎ Job Experience from Construction/Interior firm is highly preferable.
∎ Must have experience in accounts department of Construction/Interior company.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Operate and maintain computerized accounting system.
∎ Adaptable and able to work independently under pressure.
∎ Energetic, creative, sincere and honest.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40,000 per month
