∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)
∎ Bachelor of Architecture / Interior Architecture from reputed universities/institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Architecture
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Architect to help us Manage our daily goals.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka/ outside Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Survey existing sites and draw existing layout, draw detail drawings and working drawings, Electrical & Plumbing Layout as necessary.
∎ Prepare project Expense sheet and manage purchases.
∎ Must have good skill in AutoCAD.
∎ Regularly visit construction sites and manage workers and vendors.
∎ Up to date about interior materials and quality.
∎ Must have operate projects from beginning to end.
∎ Attend client meetings and understand client requirements also feedback.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients.
∎ To collect client feedback & provide that to the company.
∎ Solve any technical issues at construction site and design.
∎ Daily reports to the superior
∎ Proper documentation and any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
∎ Must have active and self-motivated personalities.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 15 years' experience in architectural project managements.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Interior Firm, Architectural firm, Furniture Business, as an interior designer of Govt./Non-Govt. Organization.
∎ Fast Learner
∎ Creative person will get extra advantage
∎ Proficiency in Computer software's
∎ Communication and negotiation skills
∎ Knowledge about 3d and presentations
∎ Time management and planning skills.
