Additional Requirements:
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Minimum 8 years of practical experience in manufacturing Industry
- Ability to lead a manufacturing company employing about 25,000 Workforce in the Northern part of Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements, Coordinate and complete annual statutory audits.
- Preparation of Monthly and Yearly Management Accounts
- Budgeting and Fund Management to run Factories regular operation.
- Bank reconciliation, calculation of bank interest
- Closing entries for settlement of tax assessment
- Checking individual ledger to the ERP to ensure its accuracy
- Dealing with External Auditors for Annual Financial Audit and Group Audit.
- Company taxation affairs, Tax Planning, Tax assessment and Tax hearing, dealing with Tax Offices of all companies in collaboration with tax consultant.
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities assign by top management.
