Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting/Finance from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the smooth functioning of the overall accounting operations of the organization as per company policy.
∎ Prepare and maintain accounting transactions records, creditors and debtors control, and other related accounting activities.
∎ Responsible for managing cash operations, such as: expenses payable, maintenance of maximum and minimum balances, cash verification and recording, etc.
∎ Manage cash management functions including cash receipts from and cash payments to internal and external customers of Deepto television
∎ Analyse and prepare daily, weekly and monthly production or operational expenses, budgets and fund requisitions in accordance with the agreed time line
∎ Prepare all kinds of accounting and financial summary reports, such as: profit & loss accounts, balance sheet, cash flow statement, sales & collection ageing report, project & episode costing report, etc. required by the Management.
∎ Plan, analyse and develop ERP module to run the accounting procedure efficiently and effectively
Additional Requirements:
∎ The post holder will be expected to:
∎ Have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
∎ Have sound knowledge of MS Word and Excel .
∎ Have ability to work under pressure and travel extensively.
