Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance Accounts, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance Accounts
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Chartered Accountant (CC)

ERP Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Multinational Companies, Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG), Banks
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, update and maintain business process documentation/ business requirements specification and coordination with relevant SPOCs from different user groups.
∎ Drive to implement different modules of Oracle. e.g Fixed assets, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, ARCS reconciliation, budgeting module etc.
∎ Act as Finance SPOC/super-user for financial systems (e.g. Oracle)
∎ Documentation and manage the flow of various Oracle enhancements with the Technology Division and key Finance stakeholders.
∎ Provide first level support and training in the area of finance to troubleshoot issues within the Oracle
∎ Research tools and applications within Oracle to maximize use across all areas
∎ Co-ordination with SI teams (for example Oracle SI team) and Technology SPOC for developing system blue print with necessary alignment with relevant user groups; update/modify the same, when needed.
∎ Maintain project plan (and phase gate reviews) and report status through project dashboard; drive project team for smooth and timely implementation of planned tasks
∎ Establish and oversee effective issue resolution, change control and risk management processes
∎ Oversee implementation of method and tools which enable each phase
∎ Arrange training/support during transition/post implementation cooling period.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in relevant field
∎ Experienced in ERP implementation
∎ CA (CC) from reputed Chartered Accountancy firm will be preferred
