Planning Department – Job Description:
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability
Monitor order status and update planning sheets regularly
Maintain and update Excel-based planning trackers and reports
Identify delays or shortages and report to senior planner
Support inventory control and demand forecasting activities
Ensure data accuracy and timely communication across departments
