• Professional certification in logistics (FIATA, CILT, CSCMP, etc.) is an added advantage.

• Strong interest in logistics, international trade, and global supply chain.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken); additional languages will be an advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced business environment.

The Management Trainee will go through a structured development program covering key business areas and will work closely with senior management, receive on-job training, and contribute to strategic and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily freight forwarding operations including booking, routing, cargo handling, shipment tracking,documentation and network development.

• Coordination with global network partners, shipping lines, airlines, agents, and customers.

• Preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial offers for clients.

• Participate in business development initiatives and support revenue growth activities.

• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned as part of career development and organizational needs.

• BDT 30,000 monthly gross pay

• Mobile bill and incentives as per company policy
