Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Mechanical Technician
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Hotel, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Takes overall responsibility for maintenance of kitchen & Laundry machineries
∎ Works for the development of current and upcoming projects including installation & commissioning of new machines.
∎ Plans and supervise Schedule maintenance, operation and management of process machinery, Utility machinery and HVAC machinery.
∎ Reports to Head of Department for all sorts technical issues related to Maintenance & utility services.
∎ Maintains record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.
∎ Estimates for Requisition placement and co-ordinates with procurement department for the required materials.
∎ Supervises of erection, commissioning of machinery.
∎ forecasts spare part planning to achieve maximum output of machines and to reduce breakdown timing and equipment failure.
∎ Exchanges views with local / expatriate consultants/vendors to solve different problems.
∎ Conducts machine setup, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance service
∎ Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standard procedures; complying with codes and legal regulations.
∎ Assesses safety and environmental issues
∎ Supervises and monitor the engineering and technical staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic
∎ Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Working under pressure.
∎ Should have mentality to work beyond time frame
∎ Experienced in hospitality industry will be given preference
