Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any reputed institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All emergency and regular maintenance work of ULAB properties, e.g. electric work (fan, light, AC, regular electrical check), paint work, civil work, chair repair, lock repair etc.;
∎ In charge of (thereby responsible for) substation/generator including fuel calculation and lift supervision;
∎ Track & collect service requests from different floors and solve it.
∎ Support various ULAB events on the issues related to the position;
∎ Telephone line And PABX maintenance;
∎ Prepare purchase requisition for electrical materials;
∎ Manage deed agreement and warranty issues of all electrical materials;
∎ Liaison with DESA, DESCO & other government bodies;
∎ Execute any other assignment as and when required by the University authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
