Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Education (M.Ed), Master of Social Science (MSS), Master of Development Studies (MDS), Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Skills Required: Must have training and working experience in the area of gender norms.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing face-to-face training to the selected women workers and the firm's owners.
∎ Each training session will be more than 1 hour and 30 minutes.
∎ Providing training at different Upazilas (A total of 50 Upazilas in 15 Districts) in Bangladesh.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ 5000 BDT per training session (Including everything)
