Experience:

Job Context: Supervising the daily logistics activities and providing maintenance to the MSF equipment, facilities and infrastructures, according to MSF standards and protocols in order to maintain the facilities in perfect conditions and collaborate in the development of the mission.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the general logistics management and technical fittings within all MSF Coordination’s premises.
Together with the Logistics Coordinator strengthen the applied security in the MSF premises to ensure safe working environment as well as the preventative and mitigation plan/measures for cyclone and political aspect.
Lead the prepositioned (hibernation) equipment and food inventory, check and replenishment to shrink down lost and enhance lifespan.
Share and report any abnormalities, rumours, and incident punctually and directly to Logistics Coordinator/ Country Coordinator.
Plan and supervise, in close coordination with HR department and the Logistics Coordinator, the associated processes (recruitment, training/induction, evaluation and development) of the staff under his/her responsibility in order to ensure both the sizing and the amount of knowledge required and to improve staff capabilities.
Demonstrate transparent and reasonable HR, staff management to address all concern of the team to improve work quality and KPI.
Guarantee and facilitate all the technical fittings, such as, NRG, Wash, fleet, general technical refurbishment (plumbery, carpentry and masonry, etc.). This to create appropriate, acute rendering, functional office space(s) and adequate living conditions.
Demonstrate teamwork skills to scale-up synergy among the supervised logistics team.
Take initiative and propose innovative way forward to grant effective and efficient logistics deliverables.
Organize a comprehensive and punctual follow-up of assets traceability, maintenance, and decommissioning.
Collect all significant information from the logistics team to submit the monthly report to Logistics Coordinator within the deadline.
Draft and track all technical contract agreement to provide a transversal view on all settlement and retention schedules as per financial compliance.
Participate actively in Mid-Year Review (MYR) and Annual Review of Operations (ARO) while providing updated inventories, overview of all upcoming maintenance and refurbishment plan for the next year.
Keep a clean environment in the office as well as within the laptop in archiving all data as per SharePoint and physical archive requirements.
Work closely with the Base and Facilities Officer in organizing and tracing, efficiently, all procurement concern with the Supply team, and recall any delay on the fixed ETA, including technical validation upon the goods reception.
Onboard all (new) logistics staff with regard to all logistics related activities, procedures, new SoP and decisions.
Remain flexible during emergency situations and perform additional duties relevant to the position as per the request of the Logistics Coordinator and line manager.
2 annual leave days per month worked.
