Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC / Vocational Training.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for lift operation in the Grameen Caledonian College of Nursing (GCCN).
∎ Responsible for keeping all machinery & equipments ready for 24/7 support to the tenants of the Grameen Caledonian College of Nursing (GCCN).
∎ Maintain daily preventive Maintenance (lift motors, AC, AVR and other electronic equipment, etc) of all Lifts in the building.
∎ Follow the safety guide lines of operating Lifts in the building.
∎ Maintain communication between the Lift supplying vendor and the maintenance team and if required should inform directly to the vendor.
∎ Replace any spares or execute repairing if necessary.
∎ Ensure record keeping of all lift machinery & equipment.
∎ Responsible for effectively performing rescue operation, if any emergency situation occurs in the lift.
∎ Any other task assigned by the concerned authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Willing and able to work under pressure.
∎ Experience in hospitality industry / large corporate office is preferable
