∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Academic management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Offering Academic support and advice to the students.
∎ Preparing lesson plans and digital content.
∎ Organizing and preparing students for different Club activities like Current Affairs Display.
∎ Encouraging students in the interactive classroom sessions
∎ Attending faculty meetings and offering different possible solutions.
∎ Communicating with the Academic Coordinator, Vice Principal, and Principal to discuss students’ progress and other course requirements.
∎ Ensure the highest quality of education with modern teaching methods.
∎ Addressing students’ questions and queries.
∎ Acting as a class teacher who is the academic guardian for the students.
∎ Analyzing results with necessary prescriptions for further betterment.
∎ Taking part in opportunities to boost own learning and continuous professional development.
∎ Collaborating with all concerned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing).
∎ Must be proficient in driving technical tools like MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
