∎ After MPH / Masters Examination - Minimum 1 Y Work valid work exp as Nursing College preferred
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: BNMC Certificate

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assure quality education, teaching & learning environment in the classroom.
∎ Evaluate the student's merit & capability. Inspire students morally & physically to take part in academic & co-curricular activities.
∎ Must have a clear assessment of each student.
∎ Oversee the given assignment of all subjects & make sure the accomplishment of the given task is finished by the deadline.
∎ Ensure the participation of students in group study.
∎ Maintain a master roll call every day.
∎ Daily & monthly records of present & absent students.
∎ Ensure to hold scheduled classes on time regularly.
∎ Regular field visits, hospital visits, arrange community visits & take feedback on their performance from authorities.
∎ Presence of students in clinical practice & lab practice.
∎ Patronize all subjects & also participate in course evaluation.
∎ Act as a bridge between authority & students by regular communication with the Principal, subject teachers, student affairs officer & students.
∎ Maintain the individual file for each student with complete information consisting of leaves, show-cause, sick & other incident file.
∎ Maintain communication with subject teachers, guest teachers & externals for the upliftment of students.
∎ Prepare for OSPE, oral, practical for all subjects. Any assigned task from management when needed.
∎ Assigned duty by Management.
