∎ Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Passion for education and a commitment to promoting lifelong learning opportunities
∎ Fluency in at least one of the CHT small ethnic community language

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Community Engagement: Build relationships with schools, educational institutions, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for educational initiatives.
∎ Outreach and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing and outreach campaigns to promote educational opportunities and increase awareness among the target audience. Utilize various channels such as social media, email newsletters, and community events to reach potential participants.
∎ Participant Selection: Actively recruit learners to participate in educational programs and initiatives. This may involve conducting presentations, attending recruitment events, and leveraging existing networks to attract participants.
∎ Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant demographics, and other relevant data. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key findings and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

∎ TAHZINDONG is a non-profit and non-government voluntary development organization aims to ensure the environmental and Socio-economic development. The organization started its journey in 1999. TAHZINGDONG strives to empower the most disadvantage, marginalized and vulnerable people in CHT through alternative development process of the people as well as ensure the sustainable development of community and society.
∎ Currently TAHZINGDONG is inviting applications to fill the position of Leaner Mobilizer for Bangladesh Integrated Youth Activity (BIYA)/BIJOYEE USAID to be implemented through the partnership with CARE Bangladesh.
∎ Job Description:
∎ The learner mobilizer will be responsible for spearheading efforts to engage and mobilize learners within our community. The learner mobilizer will work closely with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for educational initiatives and develop strategies to increase participation and involvement.
∎ The primary duties of learner mobilizer:
∎ Community Engagement: Build relationships with schools, educational institutions, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for educational initiatives.
