Job Context:
Dhaka Technical College (DTC) is looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Trainer for the KSMO (Knit Sewing Machine Operation) trade. The trainer will be responsible for conducting practical and theoretical training sessions and ensuring quality skill development of trainees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on knitwear production and sewing machine operation

• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical demonstrations

• Monitor trainee performance and provide guidance for skill improvement

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of training equipment and machines

• Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training documentation

• Support trainees in job placement and industry linkage activities

• Follow safety standards and training guidelines

Educational Requirements:

• Diploma/BSc in Textile Engineering / Garments Technology or relevant field

• অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে Technical Certification with relevant experience

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of practical experience in knitwear/garments sector

• Training/Teaching experience will be given preference

Additional Requirements:

• Good knowledge of industrial sewing machines and knitwear production process

• Strong communication and presentation skills
