Experience:

• Masters / Bachelor of Fine Arts ( B.F.A/ M.F.A)

• Similar Industry background will be given preference.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Automobile, Mobile Accessories

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design concepts and successful project implementations.

• Strong Knowledge in Animation, 3D & 2D Design, Graphic Design.

• The applicants should have experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Blender/ Studio max, 3D related software, Maya, SolidWorks or similar tools like Key shot and Ansys

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite etc.).

• Experience with UX/UI design principles and user-centered design methodologies.

• Knowledge of web development technologies and platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

• Knowledge about world latest technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction and Vision:

• Developing and articulating the creative vision for projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and strategic goals.
• Overseeing the conceptualization and execution of design projects, from initial concept to final delivery.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Providing guidance and constructive feedback to designers, encouraging professional growth and skill development.

Project Management and Execution:

• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Defining project scopes, setting clear objectives, and allocating resources effectively.
