Prefine is looking for a Lead Cinematographer & Video Editor who can create high-quality visual content while contributing to the brand’s creative growth.
The ideal candidate should be capable of planning and executing professional video productions, editing engaging content, coordinating creative projects, and contributing to the overall content strategy of the brand.
This role is suitable for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, understands social media content, and is ready to take ownership of creative projects beyond shooting and editing.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Video Production & Editing
Plan and execute professional product, lifestyle, and storytelling video shoots.
Capture and edit high-quality content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and website platforms.
Ensure all content meets the visual standards of the brand.
Creative Planning
Contribute to campaign concepts and content ideas.
Assist in developing monthly content plans and creative directions.
Research content trends and audience behavior to improve content performance.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with content creators, designers, models, and marketing team members.
Help organize and manage content production workflows.
Support the execution of creative campaigns from concept to delivery.
Brand Development
Maintain consistency in visual identity and storytelling.
Work closely with management to translate brand objectives into content.
Contribute to building a stronger and more recognizable brand presence.
Ideal Candidate
Strong in both videography and editing.
Has an eye for branding, storytelling, and content marketing.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly skilled candidates.
Experience Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in videography, cinematography, video editing, or content production.
Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, or consumer brands will be preferred.
Skills & Expertise
Strong knowledge of camera operation, framing, composition, lighting, and storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.
Ability to create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and website platforms.
Good understanding of branding, social media content, and audience engagement.
Strong communication, project management, and team coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative projects.
Portfolio showcasing both shooting and editing work is mandatory.
