Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical Technology (lab) under State Medical Faculty of Bangladesh or from any Government approved organization.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform various laboratory tests.
∎ Ensuring that all the procedures performed in the laboratory are adherent to the approved standard operating procedures (SOP).
∎ To adhere to the administrative and technical procedures in the laboratory.
∎ To record the receipt and results of all laboratory specimens and to ensure timely delivery to the Medical Doctor.
∎ To collect and supply laboratory data as required.
∎ To maintain the laboratory and its equipment in a clean and operable condition.
∎ To strictly follow health and safety procedures.
∎ To communicate regularly with the Line Manager or Clinic Medical Responsible Person.
∎ To be responsible for the monthly lab request and to ensure a sufficient supply of laboratory reagents and materials and to maintain a stock control register.
∎ To identify and suggest possible improvements to laboratory services.
∎ Flexibility and any other tasks assigned by the line manager (however, it will happen rarely and the additional job will not be forced upon the employee by the management outside his/ her regular responsibilities, instead it will be based on mutual understanding).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Ability to work under pressure with Self-awareness, cultural sensitivity, respect to diversity, flexibility, and adaptability.
∎ Ability to make time to learn from experience and feedback and apply the lessons to a new situation.
∎ Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support as necessary

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
