Responsibilities & Context:
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests (Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Immunology, etc.).
- Collect, label, and preserve biological samples with proper procedure.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments (e.g., Hematology Analyzer, Biochemistry Analyzer, Microscope).
- Ensure quality control and accurate test results.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory reports and documentation.
- Maintain infection control, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
