∎ Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.

∎ Experience: Minimum 05 years' progressive experience in the similar position of any company/hospital/hotel/restaurant/Cafe
∎ Capacity to manage inventory and ensure timely supply of necessary goods and materials
∎ Efficient in developing standard food menu and monitoring food quality
∎ Proper understanding of kitchen management & compliance including hygiene, safety and food standard
∎ Educational requirements shall be relaxed for the candidates with vast experience in kitchen management
