Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assistance Wash, peel, chop, and slice vegetables and fruits.
∎ Assist cooks in basic food preparation (measuring ingredients, portioning, etc.).
∎ Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
∎ Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly.
∎ Take out trash and recycling.
∎ Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware either by hand or using a dishwasher.
∎ Ensure all items are sanitized and properly stored.
∎ Receive and store kitchen deliveries.
∎ Organize food storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers.
∎ Monitor inventory and inform the chef or supervisor when stock runs low.
∎ Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
∎ Wear appropriate kitchen attire and protective gear.
∎ Report any equipment malfunction or safety hazard.
∎ Assist in plating dishes and preparing items for service.
∎ Help with setting up workstations and cleaning up after service.

∎ Basic 1000 SAR + Food Voucher will Given by Company + OT is provided as Saudi Labour Law
