Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Helper or relevant kitchen support role

• Practical experience working with Thai, Chinese, and Bangla food preparation is required

• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

• Hardworking, honest, and responsible attitude

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Physically fit and capable of standing for long working hours

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors properly

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required

• Familiarity with kitchen tools, cleaning procedures, and ingredient handling methods

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff in preparing Thai, Chinese, and Bangla food items

• Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables, meat, fish, and other ingredients as instructed

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, utensils, equipment, and storage spaces

• Support kitchen operations during busy service hours

• Ensure proper handling and storage of food materials following food safety standards

• Clean dishes, cooking equipment, and kitchen tools regularly

• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients

• Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain a clean working environment

• Help chefs in basic cooking and food preparation tasks when required

• Follow company hygiene, safety, and sanitation policies strictly

• Ensure all kitchen items are arranged properly and easily accessible

• Support the kitchen team in maintaining smooth daily restaurant operations
