Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Waiter/Senior Waiter in a reputed restaurant or hotel

• Practical experience in serving Thai, Chinese, and Bangla cuisine is mandatory

• Ability to work under pressure and manage busy restaurant operations

• Basic knowledge of restaurant hygiene and food safety standards

• Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely food and beverage service.

• Serve Thai, Chinese, and Bangla cuisine according to restaurant service standards.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain guest satisfaction at all times.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct preparation and timely delivery of orders.

• Handle customer complaints or special requests professionally and report major issues to management.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of dining tables, service stations, and restaurant areas.

• Supervise and assist junior waiters/service staff during busy hours.

• Ensure proper table setup, including cutlery, crockery, and presentation standards.

• Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests.

• Follow company hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards strictly.

• Assist in billing procedures and ensure accurate order settlement when required.

• Maintain good communication with customers and team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• Support restaurant management in daily operational activities and shift responsibilities.
