Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Guest Interaction:
Greet guests, help them to their seats, present menus, and answer questions about menu items.
Order Taking:
Take accurate orders for food and drinks, communicate them to the kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Service:
Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, check on their satisfaction, and address any concerns or complaints.
Payment Processing:
Handle customer payments and tips accurately.
Table & Area Maintenance:
Set and reset tables, and assist with keeping the dining area and general restaurant clean.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service and a positive overall dining experience.
