Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Administration
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Petty cash management, Prepare, check, and verify monthly salary &daily basis distributor’s payments collection
∎ Check, verify, and proceed with the payment of the local vendors/suppliers’ bills.
∎ Journalize the transaction & posting all bills, vouchers, and other subsequent adjustments to ERP Next software
∎ Maintain & prepare all kinds of financial statements for the management
∎ LC management
∎ Maintaining relationship with all banks, Providing & acquiring different forms & information’s
∎ Communication with online sales channel partners.
∎ Carrying out HR activities (Offer letter, leave approval, expense claim, salary certificates, termination)
∎ Periodical Stock checking & balance reconciliation of all sales units
∎ Monthly VAT return submission
∎ Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple problems.
∎ Perform any other related work assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
