Physically capable of working in a hospital food-service environment.

Attention to detail, particularly regarding patient diet and meal accuracy.
Ability to coordinate effectively with doctors, dietitians, nurses, kitchen staff and patients.
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary hospital team.
Having relevant experience in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Hospital Food Service, Restaurant or Institutional Catering will be preferred.
Experience in hospital/IPD food service will be preferred.
Supervisory experience in managing food service staff will be an advantage.

Food & Beverage Department – IPD Services-এ Junior Supervisor-এর মূল দায়িত্ব হলো হাসপাতালে ভর্তি রোগীদের জন্য নিরাপদ, স্বাস্থ্যসম্মত, সঠিক ডায়েট অনুযায়ী এবং সময়মতো খাবার সরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করা এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট Food Service Team-কে তদারকি করা।
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- IPD-এর রোগীদের জন্য নির্ধারিত Meal Plan ও Diet Chart অনুযায়ী খাবার সরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করা।
- প্রতিটি রোগীর Bed Number, Patient Name এবং Diet Type যাচাই করে সঠিক খাবার পৌঁছে দেওয়া।
- রোগীর খাবার সময়মতো, পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন ও স্বাস্থ্যসম্মতভাবে পরিবেশন নিশ্চিত করা।
- বিশেষ ডায়েটের রোগীদের খাবার যেমন Diabetic, Low Salt, Soft, Liquid ও Special Diet সঠিকভাবে সরবরাহ করা।
- খাবার পরিবেশনের আগে Food Quality, Quantity, Temperature ও Presentation পরীক্ষা করা।
- Food Service Attendant/Waiter-দের দৈনিক কাজের দায়িত্ব বণ্টন ও তদারকি করা।
- Staff-দের Personal Hygiene, Grooming এবং Food Safety Rules মেনে চলা নিশ্চিত করা।
- Kitchen থেকে Patient Room পর্যন্ত খাবার সরবরাহের পুরো প্রক্রিয়া Supervise ও Coordinate করা।
- Dietitian, Doctor, Nursing Team, Kitchen Staff এবং F&B Management-এর সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা।
- রোগী বা রোগীর স্বজনদের Food-related complaints ও feedback গুরুত্বসহকারে গ্রহণ করে সমাধানের ব্যবস্থা করা।
- খাবার বিতরণে কোনো ভুল Diet, Missing Meal বা Delivery Delay হলে দ্রুত সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগকে জানানো।
- Meal Distribution-এর দৈনিক রেকর্ড ও প্রয়োজনীয় রিপোর্ট সংরক্ষণ করা।
- Food Wastage কমানো এবং খাবারের Portion Control পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
- ব্যবহৃত Food Tray, Plate, Glass, Cutlery যথাযথভাবে সংগ্রহ ও পরিষ্কার করার ব্যবস্থা করা।
- IPD Food Service Area-এর Cleanliness, Sanitation ও Infection Control নিশ্চিত করা।
- Patient-এর Admission, Transfer, Discharge বা Diet Change অনুযায়ী Meal Service আপডেট করা।
- Hospital-এর SOP, Food Safety Standards ও Service Quality অনুসরণ করা।
- জরুরি রোগী বা বিশেষ প্রয়োজনের ক্ষেত্রে দ্রুত ও যথাযথ Food Service ব্যবস্থা করা।
- Supervisor হিসেবে Food & Beverage Department-এর দৈনন্দিন IPD operation smooth রাখা।
