Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Assist with scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and coordinating office activities.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
