Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in performing laboratory tests, sample processing, and result documentation.
∎ Handle specimen collection, labeling, and storage following standard protocols.
∎ Operate and maintain laboratory equipment as per guidelines.
∎ Prepare reagents, slides, and test solutions for diagnostic procedures.
∎ Follow quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laboratory, adhering to biohazard protocols.
∎ Support senior technicians and pathologists.
∎ Record and update laboratory data in the system while ensuring confidentiality.
∎ Ensure compliance with healthcare safety and laboratory regulatory standards.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management or senior laboratory personnel
