• Good academic records (minimum 1st Div./GPA 3) from any reputed Institute.

• Proficient in the MS Office package.·      

• Excellent Communication skills both in English and Bangla.      

• Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development work.     

• Willingness to transfer and travel at any place where UCEP Bangladesh has its program operation.

• The age limit for the applicant would be maximum 30 years. Management has to right to change on basis of Experience.

Junior Instructor - Accounting/ Mathematics/ Physics/ Chemistry/Civil/ Computer/ Electrical/ Mechanical

Number of Vacancies: 09 (Mathematics- 01, Accounting-01, Physics-01, Civil-01, Computer-02, Electrical- 01, Mechanical-01 & Chemistry-01).

Job Location: UCEP Institute of Science & Technology (UIST), Mirpur, Dhaka

Nature of Job: Contractual Staff (Initially for 02 years)

Job Purpose: To ensure quality teaching as per curriculum, syllabus and ensure effective use of resource.

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform in accordance with the KPI, which is set by your supervisors and may change from time to time.
• To teach the students as per academic schedules and curriculum
• To develop lesson plans and workshop/laboratory manuals
• To supervise/monitor the work/tasks of the students in the classes
• To render additional support in making a concept/subject issue
• To associate the students with the cocurricular activities
• To motivate and counsel students to ensure regular class attendance as a guide teacher
• Communicate with parents/guardians
• To assist in the admission of students to the UIST as KPI
• To maintain student’s profiles and examination records
• Prepare and maintain documents related to BTEB as required
• To make effective use/reuse of teaching resources and equipment, etc.
• To carry out periodic/timely maintenance of the teaching equipment, etc.
• To assist in preparing the departmental budget (if any)
• To maintain total secrecy and confidentiality regarding institutional affairs and uphold the institution's dignity
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned by the UIST authority/principal/vice principal/departmental head.

Monthly Consolidated Salary: BDT. 20,000/- TDS (Tax deducted at source) and any other statutory deductions will be applied as per government rules and UCEP policies.

Compensation & Benefits: Yearly two (2) festival bonuses as per policy.
