Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Major Job Responsibilities
∎ • Preparing lesson plan.
∎ • Have to use ICT (PowerPoint, Video etc.) in teaching for effective learning
∎ • Monitoring the improvements of the students.
∎ • Teach actively using up to date teaching methodology/strategy.
∎ • Keep track records of the students and counseling should be provided if needed.
∎ • Making questions, examine answer scripts, prepare report cards and keep parents up to date about students' progress.
∎ • Counsel to the Guardians / Parents as and when required
