• Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in illustration and graphic design.
• Proficiency in digital illustration using tools like Wacom, XP-Pen, or similar drawing tablets for precise and expressive artwork creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a must.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both illustration and graphic design capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both Bengali and English.
• Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics, color, and composition.
• A thirst for learning and proving her/himself.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Understand and interpret client briefs to visualize and illustrate ideas that communicate key messages effectively.
• Create original illustrations, characters, and scenes relevant to the message and target audience.
• Develop high-quality graphic designs for both print and digital platforms, including logos, icons, banners, billboards, books, brochures, reports, danglers, etc.
• Design illustrations and graphic assets to be used in video animation projects.
• Craft typography that enhances visual impact and readability.
• Design vector and raster-based graphics for various formats and sizes.
• Create digital illustrations across various styles such as flat design, semi-realistic, isometric, minimal, and stylized character-based illustrations etc.
• Maintain a strong sense of layout, perspective, text placement, visual hierarchy, and color theory to produce balanced and visually compelling designs.
• Collaborate with communication, marketing, campaign, and content teams to maintain brand identity and design coherence.
• Take feedback constructively and revise designs accordingly.
• Prepare print-ready files with precise specifications and formatting.
• Ensure timely delivery of design materials while upholding quality standards.
• Communicate directly with clients when needed to clarify needs, explain design choices, or align direction.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques.
