Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analysts should be motivated to constantly learn, to make progress, and to improve their skills, abilities, and decision-making. They will be expected to work long hours.
∎ Analysts will be working with ODIN's offshore-clients and need to be diligent team players with good communication skills and with excellent reading and writing ability in English.
∎ Responsibilities include report-writing, lease proofing and abstracting, quality checking, etc.
∎ Excellent command of English in speaking, writing, & reading is necessary.
∎ Analysts will be expected to work heavily with numbers in MS Excel and will be taught to be an Advanced Excel user.
∎ They will also be expected to constantly learn, and to develop their technical & communication skills.
∎ Lease abstracting will be a key responsibility for the role. Analyst will be required to extract critical data from leases, which can often range from 70 to 120 pages in length.
∎ Applicants will be assessed based on their motivation, English language proficiency, attention to detail, common sense, and communication.
∎ Job Context: ODIN is an outsourcing company. We are looking for highly motivated Analysts who will be working on back-office support for offshore clients. They will primarily be handling qualitative work such as report writing, lease abstracting, data proofing, quality checking, etc. Some excel expertise will be taught on the job while working on other related due diligence & analysis.
