Responsibilities & Context: Field Officer age HSC/Equivalent Age: 25-35 Area association membership, loan savings, etc. 6 months apprenticeship period, monthly salary 16,000/- Taka. After regularization of employment, the monthly salary is 31,304/- Taka in total. If you have at least 2 years of experience working in a relevant position in a national level NGO in a microfinance program (if any), the apprenticeship period is relaxable and you will be entitled to full monthly salary allowance after joining.
