Job Overview
The Junior Executive/Executive – R&D is responsible for supporting the product development and sample execution process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of samples aligned with buyer requirements. The incumbent will also conduct risk assessments, prepare action plans to mitigate potential issues, and closely follow up on PP and test sample developments to ensure smooth transitions from sample to bulk.

- Achieving sample delivery RFT
- Documentation & FTDS supporting Bulk
- Risk assessment & action plan
- Follow up of PP & Text Sample development
