Responsibilities & Context:
1. Prepare Daily Stock Out Report.
2. Prepare Weekly Stock Out Report.
3. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
4. Coordinate with other departments to forecast inventory needs.
5. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
6. Implement and optimize inventory management systems.
7. Maintain detailed and accurate records of inventory transactions.
8. Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
9. Develop and implement strategies to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
10. Help to manage resources related to audit projects.
11. Help to design and implement audit programs and related policies.
12. Assist to prepare Statement of Financial position.
13. Any assignment will be assigned by Head of the Department.
Probation: 03 Months
Educational Qualification: BBA (Major in Finance or Accounts)
Job Experience: No or 1 Years in relevant field
Salary in Probation: BDT 12,000.00
Salary after Confirmation: BDT 16,500.00
