• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)

• 2 to 3 years

• Must have written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organized with attention to details.
• Ability to adapt to the fast-paced and ever-changing e-commerce environment, with a proactive approach to learning and implementing new strategies.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when managing product listings, inventory, and pricing.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, customer service) to achieve common goals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
• Good knowledge of Programming fundamental (like C, C# etc).
• Good Knowledge of Troubleshooting, bug hunting, debugging and scaling the existing system.
• Familiarity with the SQL query optimizations and advance database concepts.
• Good knowledge of Photoshop, illustrator, Indesign, blender etc.
• Expert of motion graphics.Good knowledge of figma template.

• Monitor and adjust pricing, inventory levels, and promotions for competitiveness.
• Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies for growth.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and handle any disputes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) for seamless operations.
• Report on key performance metrics, sales trends, and opportunities for improvement.
