Responsibilities & Context: Reporting To: Director
About the Role: Styllent Global, a dynamic and fast-growing apparel sourcing company, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive – Data Entry to join our team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about the garments and apparel industry and eager to build their career in a structured, process-driven environment.
If you have a background in fashion design or experience in the garments sector, that will be a plus—but not mandatory.
Data Entry & Documentation
- Accurately input and maintain detailed information related to garment orders, including:
- Product descriptions
- Factory names and contacts
- Buyer pricing and Factory CM (Cost of Making)
- Fabric compositions and sources
- Trims and accessories details
- Ensure all entries are updated, organized, and clearly categorized in Excel sheets and other shared databases.
Support for Internal Reporting & Presentations
- Prepare summary sheets and visual presentations (mainly in PowerPoint) as per the direction of your reporting manager.
- Present information clearly, ensuring all required product and order execution data is easy to understand and access.
Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with sourcing, merchandising, and production teams to collect and validate order-related data.
- Support your line manager in preparing buyer-ready documents for review or submission.
Process Improvement
- Identify areas where data collection or reporting processes can be made more efficient or user-friendly.
- Suggest and implement simple improvements under the guidance of the Director.
