Job Circular Requirements for a Junior Electrical Engineer:
Junior Electrical Engineer.
1. Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical Engineering/B.sc in EEE from a recognized institution or university.
2. Required Skills and Knowledge: Basic knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and equipment. Hands-on experience with electrical tools and machinery. Sound knowledge in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PLC or similar). Understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
3. Experience: Fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level positions. For experienced candidates, some companies may require 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as electrical maintenance, installation, or power systems.
4. Key Responsibilities (might include): Troubleshooting electrical systems and performing corrective maintenance. Testing and commissioning of electrical equipment. Documenting work procedures and preparing technical reports. Ensuring safety compliance during electrical operations.
5. Soft Skills: Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
Problem-solving ability. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Time management and organizational skills.
