Job Responsibilities:  

•  Design and develop innovative handicraft products that align with market trends and the specific needs of buyers and consumers.·  

• Contribute to the production of seasonal product catalogues by developing samples, preparing relevant documents, organizing product packaging, taking photographs, and ensuring high-quality presentations.

• Create prototypes based on clients` samples, concepts, or ideas provided by the marketing team, customers, and buyers.

• Collaborate with senior designers, the marketing team, and production centers to ensure design concepts meet company standards and client expectations.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and incorporate findings into product development.

• Perform product photography, including setting up shoots, editing photos, and organizing digital assets for marketing use.

• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners to support the timely delivery of high-quality products.

• Travel and stay outside Dhaka to work directly with producers, gather market insights, and ensure consistent product quality and adherence to design specifications.

• Support the design team by organizing design workshops, preparing presentations, and participating in design reviews.
