Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in ETE, IT, CSE, ECE, (Telecommunication Preferred).
∎ A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
∎ Strong technical skills in Zoho-CRM and web scraping tools, and the ability to develop and maintain detailed databases and records.

Job Context:
∎ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and discrepancies in data to provide insights and recommendations.
∎ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
∎ The ability to work collaboratively with a team, and also independently when required, achieving results.
∎ Having experience is preferred, but it`s not a requirement.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Junior Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
∎ Collecting and analyzing data, providing valuable insights that help organizations make informed and strategic business decisions.
∎ Compiling and presenting weekly reports that detail the results of our data collection efforts.
∎ Uploading and managing leads in Zoho-CRM, ensuring the data is accurate and maintaining its integrity.
∎ Managing the distribution of leads as per pre-defined categories to ensure their timely and accurate delivery to relevant teams.
∎ Keep senior personnel updated on lead supply stats and any developments affecting operations through regular communication.
∎ Collaborating with support staff to maintain and improve our lead generation system, continuously seeking ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Acting as the primary point of contact for any queries or issues with lead database providers, and fostering relationships with them to ensure a smooth flow of business.

∎ Age at least 24 years
