Educational Requirements:
∎ CA (CC/ Student will be given preference along / B.B.A / M.B.A (Accounting, Finance & Banking ) or equivalent degree in relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pre-check and post-check of all kinds of transactions such as requisition, delivery challan, bill Voucher, Debit, Credit & Journal Voucher etc.
∎ Market verification of all kinds of purchase/import items.
∎ Verification of price comparisons and product quality.
∎ Report on internal control issues in regular basis.
∎ Conduct financial audit periodically.
∎ Preparing filling of all corporate and personal income TAX, VAT timely and accurately.
∎ Preparation of TAX returns and VAT returns as per income tax ordinance and submit the same authority on time.
∎ All Accounts related work.
∎ Identifying the risk factors of company's and develops control mechanism to resolve.
∎ To prepare audit findings report with necessary analysis and comparison.
∎ To maintain proper documentation system for future reference.
∎ To ensure physical verification of cash and stock as required/advised.
∎ Carry out in-depth review of field work and working paper files to ensure that the work performed supports the conclusions reached, the evidence obtained is sufficient and appropriate to support the audit observations and conclusions.
∎ To check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition and daily transaction.
∎ To perform periodic audit as and when required.
∎ To coordinate / communicate with concerned department in relation to audit activities.
∎ Report Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly and when required to HOD.
∎ Payroll cost audit (wages, salary & OT, Earn leave encashment, Final settlement & maternity bill).
∎ Civil Construction, Repairs & maintenance, Erection, dismantling & project bill audit and Commercial Activities audit (Local sales /Direct Export/Deemed Export) bill &payment receive & AR audit.
∎ To perform any other duties as assigned by the management time to time.
∎ Able to work under pressure and factory/Depot travel in monthly basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1/2 years of Audit/Accounts.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Feed company/Garments company/any manufacturing company.
∎ Candidate should have core knowledge of accounting principles & policies.
∎ Candidate should have good computer skill- Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Good Typing- Speed both English and Bengali, Tally software, ERP system & other software.
∎ Have to capable to prepare monthly financial statement.
∎ Ability to Prioritize work load based on necessity and workloads.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ After confirmation salary increase Five Thousand taka only.

∎ Two Festival Bonus, Both contributory PF fund (Approved NBR), Gratuity facility, Transport Allowance & Mobile bill facility.
