Job Context:
∎ Duration of contract: 1 year (Possibility of extension)
∎ Organizational Unit/Department: PMO, BDRCS/ Primary Health Care Centre
∎ Service status: PMO, BDRCS
∎ Reporting line: Residential Medical Officer (RMO)
∎ Duty station: Balukhali, Ukhiya, Cox`s Bazar

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee, Manage, Develop & direct all maintenance procedures & operations Ensure all machinery in up to working standards
∎ Working expertise on Refrigerator, Diesel & Gas Generator, solar power, Air Compressor etc.
∎ Manage daily checklist & maintenance Schedule
∎ Create & implement measures to minimize breakdowns & repairs (performing quality checks of all machinery, tools, equipment etc.
∎ Troubleshoot problems areas & crate a clear plan of action for fixing necessary parts Train new employees in maintenance work process & procedures
∎ Create a work environment with safety as a high priority Perform evaluation of employees to ensure quality of work Record & track daily progress/error reports
∎ Monitor equipment/parts inventory & place order at optimum level of inventory Monitor expenses & control the budget for maintenance development
∎ Should be available on call basis 24/7.
∎ Will conduct any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 years maintenance/ electric work experience.
∎ Local people will get priority.
∎ Age Limit: 35 years (may be relaxed in case of outstanding candidates)

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
