Troubleshoot and resolve technical and business inquiries related to product implementation, training, and user issues.
Communicate solutions clearly to clients via phone, email, or remote sessions.
Collaborate with teams to report bugs, prioritize issues, and find effective solutions.
Assist clients with optimal utilization of software tools and provide technical support throughout project implementation.
Execute site procedures and configure applications based on predefined task lists.
Ideas about business, technical documentation, and user manual preparation
Ability to perform impact analysis and apply strong analytical thinking
Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
Confident in client interaction and relationship management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
