Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)
∎ Any additional Professional Qualification/Certification or Certified Training Course in a related discipline will be considered as an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Furniture Range Design.
∎ New Product Design & Old Product development.
∎ Good Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
∎ Measurement collection for design purpose.
∎ 3D Designing & Visualization.
∎ Must have sound knowledge to prepare BOM within short time.
∎ Must have knowledge of operation Plan, Boring Plan, Kit Packet list, Component list, Packet size etc. before Start Batch production.
∎ To ensure Cutting Plan before launching any product for batch production.
∎ Project development and site co-ordination.
∎ Supervision of various projects.
∎ Day to day coordination among various groups (Production, Sales etc.).
∎ Must have knowledge of raw materials which used for modern furniture and interiors.
∎ Basic knowledge of cost minimization techniques and proper application of these techniques on product development.
∎ To Preserve document of all approved Product, customized/Project work.
∎ Others- as per business requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Highly skilled in 3D Studio Max with V-Ray rendering, Auto Cad, Google Sketch-up, Corel Draw, Photoshop, and MS Application Suit.
∎ Expert in V-Ray rendering with photo-realistic output both for interior & exterior projects presentation.
∎ Fast in solving problems.
∎ Fast in generating designs and 3Ds.
∎ Need to visit Customer Point, Project Site from time to time (inside/outside of Dhaka).
∎ Need to work at both the Corporate Office and the Factory Office as per business need
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
