•                     Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution of medicines and medical items.

•                     Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products to healthcare facilities, pharmacies, and other customers.

•                     Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure consistent and reliable supply of products.

•                     Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stock outs or overstocking.

•                     Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.

•                     Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

•                     Analyze supply chain performance data and report on key metrics, recommending improvements where necessary.

•                     Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics & finance) to align supply chain activities with overall business goals.
