Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze and report daily efficiency.
Focusing on the first two days of new style loading.
Develop and maintain the Operator Skill Matrix to support line balancing and training needs.
Track and analyze loss time due to technical issues (machine breakdowns, power, etc.)
Document and analyze time lost during style changes.
Monitor DHU% in sewing section.
Ensure adherence to buyer`s compliance requirements and maintain 5S across the floor.
Support manpower planning based on absenteeism data.
Productivity improvement & smooth technical support.
